Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

  • Refunds apply only for damaged goods or incorrect products delivered.
  • Proof of damage (image/video) must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery via email
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
